It looks very nice and has a good texture. It matches my home very well. It is a beautiful decoration even if the light is not turned on. It is very warm when the light is turned on.

So far I like the lamp. Its hefty enough that my cats haven't knocked it over. The only disappointment is the size of the bulb fitting, but thats minor, was just thinking I could use a bulb I already had. But it came with a bulb and works just fine!
